PALM ISLANDS NATURE RESERVE
GENERAL PRESENTATION OF THE SITE.
LOCATION:
The Palm Islands Nature Reserve lies between longitude 35º 44' 30"- 35º 47' East and Latitude 34º 29' - 34º 30' 33" North.
The reserve is situated at 5.5 km from the shore of Tripoli/ El-Mina; its overall area (including 500m of sea surrounding the islands) is about 4.2 Km2.
Palm Islands Nature Reserve comprises three flat sandy-rocky islands (Sanani, Palm and Ramkine).
